Owner of West Michigan Physical Therapy, PLLC since 2005. Prior to this she was employed by the same clinic. Caroline has been a licensed Physical Therapist for over 30 years and has been working in this region ever since. She is married and has 3 children. Caroline is compassionate and ambitious and wants the best for her patients. She graduated in 2011 with a doctorate in Physical Therapy from the University of Michigan.

Dr. O’Brien is certified in LSVT BIG.

Xander is a PTA graduate of Baker College in 2022. He is local to the Ludington area and is looking forward to serving those in the Community. He is married to Missy, his wife, and spends his free time running, and collecting Halloween decor. Xander is excited to be a part of the WMPT family.

A licensed Physical Therapist for over 40 years. Kathy has worked in a variety of settings including: coordinator and instructor of a PTA program, hospital physical therapy department, home care and private practice. Areas of specialization include motion and gait analysis, manual medicine and sports medicine. Kathy brings a diverse background and creative energy to every patient.

Ashley Irvine, Office Manager, joined the team at WMPT in August of 2022. In addition to her bright and engaging personality, Ashley brings a wealth of experience with 22 years of office administration in the retail sector. Having experienced the value of physical therapy first-hand, she is excited to help others in need of physical rehabilitation.

Since the age of 14, Ashley has participated in mission trips to many different countries. Jamaica holds a special place in her heart, not only as the location of many mission trips, but also as the venue for her marriage to Mike.

Ashley and her husband live in the Ludington area. They enjoy traveling, kayaking, fishing and just about any activity on the lakes. She will be happy to help with your insurance and billing questions.

She has been married for nearly 20 years to her wonderful husband Jeremy. They have 2 children, and a grand daughter who is now the center of her life. She enjoys camping and spending time with family and friends.
