Owner of West Michigan Physical Therapy, PLLC since 2005. Prior to this she was employed by the same clinic. Caroline has been a licensed Physical Therapist for over 30 years and has been working in this region ever since. She is married and has 3 children. Caroline is compassionate and ambitious and wants the best for her patients. She graduated in 2011 with a doctorate in Physical Therapy from the University of Michigan.

Dr. O’Brien is certified in LSVT BIG.

Brandi chose to specialize in pelvic health because she believes no one should have to live with pain, embarrassment, or limitations. From postpartum recovery to pelvic pain and incontinence, she helps patients feel seen, supported, and empowered every step of the way.

Her approach is all about whole-person healing, listening closely, educating kindly, and creating a safe space to restore confidence and quality of life.

She recently joined WMPT and is liking the variety of diagnosis see from orthopedics to pelvic health.

Arko graduated from PT school in 1990. He has practiced in a variety of settings but enjoys working out-patient more than anything else. 

He and his wife have 6 children and 3 grandchildren. Besides working as a PT he busies himself with gardening and fishing. He also enjoys running and should probably get back into it. He and Caroline went to school at the same time in the same town but at different colleges, and came to the US a year apart. He has only known her since May of 2024 and at that time Caroline graciously asked him to work for her, which offer he gladly accepted.  

Sydney is a native of the Custer area, graduating from MCE in 2022. She enjoys camping, hunting, puzzles especially ones that challenge her. She always has been interested in the medical field and is striving to advance a career in it, especially physical therapy. 

Kelsey is passionate about health, wellness, and giving back to the community that shaped her. She earned her bachelor’s degree in Health and Exercise Science from Colorado State University and is a Certified Personal Trainer. Before joining the team, she coached track and cross country at Ludington High School, where she loved motivating young athletes. Outside of work, Kelsey continues to stay active by competing in adult gymnastics at Flipstar Gymnastics. She brings a positive attitude and a genuine love for helping others become stronger, healthier versions of themselves.

Our Office Manager, joined the team at WMPT in August of 2022. In addition to her bright and engaging personality, Ashley brings a wealth of experience with 22 years of office administration in the retail sector. Having experienced the value of physical therapy first-hand, she is excited to help others in need of physical rehabilitation.

Since the age of 14, Ashley has participated in mission trips to many different countries. Jamaica holds a special place in her heart, not only as the location of many mission trips, but also as the venue for her marriage to Mike.

Ashley and her husband live in the Ludington area. They enjoy traveling, kayaking, fishing and just about any activity on the lakes. She will be happy to help with your insurance and billing questions.
